This workshop uses an integrative approach in which education, self-discovery and experiential exercises help individuals take a proactive role in the area of stress reduction. Participants are educated as to the latest research on the causes and solutions of stress. Questionnaires provide a benchmark of participants’ stress levels and their daily coping mechanisms. Numerous opportunities are provided to practice stress management techniques that can be used to reinforce a positive lifestyle change and refuel the individual with positive energy from the inside out.
