Confidentiality

InsideOutYou Coaching & Training recognizes that the client may have shared future plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information, and other private information. The Counselor/Coach will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any information for the Counselor/Coach’s own benefit, or disclosure, or communicate this information to a third party.

Ethics

InsideOutYou Coaching & Training acknowledges and commits to the Code of Ethics as outlined by the ICF (International Coach Federation), IAC (International Association of Coaches), WellCoaches® (Association of Health/Wellness Coaches) and the Professional Counselor’s Association.

InsideOutYou Coaching & Training does not represent any religious ideologies, nor are members of any sect, cult or dogmatic organization.

Length of the Counseling / Coaching sessions

The average duration of a Counseling session is 1hr and for the Coaching session is 1hr 30. After this time, overtime begins. The Counselor/Coach assesses the possible additional length of the current session and informs the client about this. The client now can choose to either continue the session for additional charge or end the session.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. There will be no refund or credit for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session.

Financial Arrangements: Counseling / Coaching

• Psychological Counseling
  $ 180 per 1 hour session



• Personal Coaching
  $300 per 1hr 30 minutes session

  Cost of personal Coaching includes analysis of the material given ad discussed during the sessions which will be returned via email during the week and 2 follow up emails during the week.

  As far as Personal Coaching is concerned it is advisable to have the sessions on a weekly basis but of course every case will be considered as unique and every case personalized.

  On average clients have a minimum of 6 sessions to a maximum of 16.

  Every individual requires a different approach/timing and InsideOutYou applies a highly personalized methodology to provide you the required results.  

• Special Rates for Young Graduates and Students

For young people who are studying or who have just graduated there are no fixed rates. InsideOutYou Coaching & Counselling fees are subject to be individually estimated on account of personal and professional factors when the client is under 25 years old.

• Personal Coaching / Counseling by Phone
  

  Personal Coaching and Counseling can easily take place over the phone from the comfort of your home or office in a convenient and efficient way. The session will  be charged at 10% less than a face–to-face session. 

• Counseling /Coaching Packages of ½ - 1- 2 –3 days

  Quotation will be provided on request.

• Additional Costs

  When coaching is delivered by phone, the client will phone the coach at the pre-arranged time.

  In case of face-to-face coaching sessions abroad: for travel arrangements, flight fares, hotel reservations etc. the client is solely responsible.
