Coaching is a partnership between a Client and a Personal Coach and includes several principles from sport coaching: teamwork, action, endurance and exceeding potential. Unlike sport coaching results are not win or lose based and the focus is on strengthening client’s skills from the very first session.

InsideOutYou Coaching & Training propose 5 different ‘models’ of Personal Coaching, which can be combined to enable you to develop your Personal & Professional Effectiveness in 4 Dimensions.

  1. Life Coaching

This deals with lifestyle issues and your personal development. (A minimum of 12 /16 sessions are recommended.)

  2. Career Coaching

This focuses on the client taking action towards the realization of his/her career goals. It helps the client define and achieve what they want in career and go through career transition. (A minimum of 3 sessions are recommended.)

  3. Communication & Self-Expression Coaching

This deals with educating the client about communication skills, with the focus on body language, image and self-confidence. (A minimum of 6 sessions are recommended.)

  4. Health & Wellness Coaching

This is a breakthrough in personal health care that can truly make a difference in people's lives. Genuine one-on-one coaching helps individuals achieve real results in managing their health and well being. This is recommended for people going through lifestyle changes, recovering from heart disease, depression, cancer or eating disorders. (A minimum of 6 sessions are recommended.)

  5. Wealth Coaching

This is a collaborative partnership with one key focus in mind, you being held accountable for your financial action. A wealth coaching relationship gives you the unique opportunity to challenge your beliefs and make whatever changes you need to make in order to achieve your goals. (A minimum of 3 sessions are recommended.)

Coaching is action oriented, with a focus on a client’s current life and plans for the future.
Though coaching may use the past as a point of reference to move into “tomorrow”, it is not counselling or therapy.

Coaching is about assisting the client in clarifying his/her present values and beliefs, intentions, abilities, goals and purposes. The client is in charge of his/her destination and he/she is asked to find solutions from within them self: this can be an empowering experience.

She/he shares a different perspective of the truth, because of the emotional distance the professional relationship offers.

“To achieve extraordinary lives, we must do things differently. No matter how committed we are or how much willpower we have, we all need a coach who cares and who has the skills to challenge us to step up and maximize the quality of our lives.”

InsideOutYou Coaching & Training acknowledges and commits to the code of ethics of ICF (International Coach Federation), IAC (International Association of Coaches) and WellCoaches® (Association Of Health/Wellness Coaches) which adhere to a form of coaching that honours the client as the expert in his/her life and work, believes that every client is creative, resourceful and whole. Standing on this foundation the coach’s responsibility is to:

  • Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve
  • Encourage client self-discovery
  • Elicit clients generated solutions and strategies
  • Hold the client responsible and accountable

Right now I can only hypnotize you,
persuade you; make you believe that I’m right. You don’t know.
I’m just preaching about something.
You wouldn’t learn from my words.
Learning is discovery.
There is no other means of effective learning
You can tell a child a thousand times,
“The stove is hot!” It doesn’t help.
The child has to discover it for himself.
And I hope I can assist you in learning,
in discovering something about yourself.
