OUR TEAM - Jayant Shukla Travel Coach Founder of Blow Horn Travel Company – New Delhi - India Formerly Director in the British Standard Chartered Securities group, Jayant is a diver, trekker, desert wanderer, incurable romantic and man of God. “Success came to me early. At 32, I was Partner in London based Spicer & Oppenheim, Chartered Accountants. At 40, I was smoking cigars at Hong Kong’s prestigious China Club. Yet there was a lack of fulfillment in my life. I undertook a rigourous training course in counselling, to learn how to help those around me”. Jayant became Global Head of Human Resource Development in Standard Chartered consumer bank, commencing a search that turned him inside out. In the course of pioneering coaching, leadership and top team development programmes at Standard Chartered, he found his purpose. Pursuing his passion, Jayant founded Blow Horn Travel Company. “People often find a different person within themselves when they travel.” The mission at Blow Horn is to use the travel journey as a classroom, in order to enrich people’s lives and life skills. There are Inner Journeys, Off Road Adventures, Village and Green World escapes, as well as Historical and Cross Cultural study tours. All are research based and conducted in groups as small as 1 (!). Today, Jayant is based in New Delhi and combines his counselling and coaching competencies with his love of history, adventure and people, to bring an “Alternative Travel” experience to his clients. Since 2007, InsideOutYou Coaching and Training works in alliance with Blow Horn Travel in New Delhi. Following our clients' requirements, we organize management retreats/ workshops in North of India with the support and fantastic expertise of Jayant Shukla.
