Leonardo has over 30 years of work experience in the international corporate environment. For the past few years, he has been working as an enthusiastic and energetic  Executive Coach, Trainer and Public Speaker specializing in the area of Communication , Relationships and Conflict Resolution.

He brings to his clients his openness, honesty, creativity and sense of humor combined  with the wisdom gained through his own life challenges, his studies and practical experiences in the area of human development.

His strength is empowering people to communicate effectively from the inside out in their business, personal lives and relationships.
