Currently completing her Masters in Counseling, Paula has been trained in a client-centred approach in which respect for the individual and their story is very important. She works from the belief that the client holds the answer to the unique challenges faced, and believes her role to enable her clients to assess and evaluate their options and make their choices based on awareness. In her work as a counselor, Paula draws on her own life experiences of living in Singapore, as a mother of two children, as a founder of the Waldorf Steiner Education Association (Singapore) and as a survivor of breast cancer. Prior to living in Singapore, Paula worked for various London-based financial institutions in Marketing and Communications.
Her own commitment to a path of self development and awareness gives Paula a strong base from which to support others facing challenges in their lives.
Paula’s interests include Pyschosophy, Pyschosynthesis, Anthroposophy, Positive Psychology, Yoga, Nutrition and Child Development.
